Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Starter plan is completely free, forever. It gives you one workspace with up to 3 team members and 10 content items per month — more than enough to get started and evaluate Ryncast for your team.
What happens when I exceed my storage limit?
We will notify you when you are approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time. We will never delete your content without warning.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing is available with a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Contact our sales team to switch to an annual plan.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest). Videos are stored in Cloudflare R2 and Mux. We undergo regular security reviews and are committed to protecting your data.
Can I try the Pro plan before paying?
